1. Purpose of collection and use of personal information
   The personal information collected by Host of this exhibition: Gyeonggi-do, Suwon City, Organizer: Personal information collected by the J.EXPO CO., LTD., Suwon Convention Center and Electronic Times will be used only for sending invitations and guidance(including marketing activities). 4. Consignment of personal information handling tasks
   1) The Secretariat entrusts the handling of personal information to an external specialized company to SEOJIN Infotech Co., Ltd., the operator of the exhibition registration system, in order to provide better service and customer convenience.
   2) The Secretariat complies with laws and regulations related to personal information protection through the exhibition registration system operation contract, etc., confidentiality of personal information, prohibition of provision to third parties, liability in case of accident, consignment period, return of personal information after processing is completed Or stipulates the duty to destroy, etc., and manages to comply with them.

5. Institutions that hold and use personal information
   After the purpose of collecting and using personal information is achieved, the information is destroyed without delay.

6. Rights
   In principle, you have the right to refuse consent to the collection of personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act, and if you refuse to agree to the collection, entry to the exhibition will be restricted.
