Agreement Policy

1. Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information
The personal information collected by the International Electric Power Exhibition (hereinafter referred to as 'the Secretariat') will be used for the promotion and information of all exhibitions and events hosted by the Secretariat, including future exhibitions, electronic business card services, and international exhibition certification. If you do not wish to receive these services, you may notify the Secretariat by phone or through the method provided (such as email) to refuse the service.

2. Personal Information Collection Items
a) Mandatory Items: Name, Department, Affiliation, Contact Information (Mobile Number), Email, Address, Survey
b) Optional Items: Consent to Receive Exhibition Information, Survey (Purpose of Visit, Route of Visit, etc.)

3. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information and Third-Party Provision
The Secretariat complies with relevant laws and regulations regarding personal information protection, confidentiality, prohibition of providing information to third parties, liability in case of accidents, outsourcing periods, and obligations to return or destroy information after processing is completed.

a) Retention and Use Period of Personal Information
Personal information will be retained until the purpose of use (marketing, exhibition certification, etc.) is achieved or until the member withdraws, and will be destroyed promptly thereafter.

b) Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
The Secretariat will only use personal information within the scope of the purposes listed under "Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information" and will not provide it to third parties in accordance with relevant laws. However, personal information may be provided to third parties for the following purposes:

Co-hosting Organizations: Customer management (handling complaints, surveys, prize distribution, etc.), event notifications, sending exhibition information
Electronic Business Card Service Providers: Convenient business card delivery to participating companies
Korea Exhibition Industry Promotion Association (AKEI): Objective verification for international exhibition certification
4. Rights of Personal Information Protection
Materials taken at the exhibition site may be used for promotional and marketing purposes. According to the Personal Information Protection Act, users have the right to refuse the collection of personal information and consent to its use. However, if consent is refused, entry to the exhibition may be restricted.

5. Outsourcing of Personal Information Processing
To provide enhanced services and ensure smooth customer convenience, the Secretariat has outsourced the personal information processing tasks to an external professional company, Seojin Infotech (formerly AIMS International), for the operation of the exhibition registration system.
