1. Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Data

The personal data collected by the Secretariat of this exhibition will be used for the following purposes:

-Submission to the Association of Korea Exhibition Industry solely for international exhibition certification purposes

-Sending invitations and providing information related to the exhibition

Required information: Name, Organization, Contact Number, Email Address

3. Outsourcing of Personal Data Processing

a. To ensure smooth operation and improved services, the Organizer outsources the processing of personal data to a professional service provider, “Mice Communication”, which operates the exhibition registration system.

b. The Organizer ensures, through contractual agreements with the service provider, compliance with applicable personal data protection laws, confidentiality of personal data, prohibition of unauthorized third-party provision, accountability in case of incidents, retention period, and obligations to return or destroy personal data after processing.

4. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information

Personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes stated above and will be promptly destroyed thereafter.

5. Rights of the Data Subject

You have the right to refuse consent to the collection and use of your personal data. However, refusal of consent may result in restrictions on registration or participation in the exhibition.

You may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data in accordance with applicable laws.
