- Equipment for improving the quality of the bonding process in the Electronic Product Manufacturing System(EMS)
- Plasma TEXTURE® technology removes static electricity, increases surface tension, and improves shear strength.
- It consists of an orthogonal robot (Y-axis and Z-axis), a plasma oscillator, and a HEAD.
- Handle SUBSTRATE and automatically generate a jetting pattern according to the size.
- Equipment to comply with DIN2304 and ISO262262
- Apply ergonomic design

2. PACS-R5(CO-BOT PLASMA SYSTEM)

- Plasma TEXTURE® PROCESS before painting of interior and exterior parts of automobiles
