1. Power Discrete Tester(AMB2600)

AMB2600, a power discrete tester, is able to source up to 4kV/400A. It is fully integrated with DC capabilities and supports multi-sites 
and index parallel testing. 1 test module is all it needs to test a single MOSFET/IGBT.

2. RF / Digital / Mixed-signal Test System(AMB5600)

AMB5600 comes with a complete range of DC, Analog, Digital and RF testing all-in-one. Its versatility is enabled by its AXIe and PXIe 
platforms, combination of which allows the best flexibility and power in an ATE.

3. Open/Short Tester(AMB1832)

AMB1832 is a multi-sites Open/Short tester which has 23,000 channel counts and requires relatively short test time. Together with its test 
head design and direct docking option, AMB1832 is ready for large scale production tests.
