The <200V and 650V GaN power semiconductor devices from ChipsK Corp. have been developed utilizing our accumulated expertise in 
device design and process technology to meet the requirements for miniaturization and high efficiency in power conversion systems. Our 
650V power devices can be applied to systems that convert AC power to DC in consumer electronics, including mobile devices chargers, 
while the <200V power device is ideal for use in DC-DC converters that supply optimal DC power to electronic devices and automotive 
convenience systems.
