that make up semiconductors, such as permittivity and loss, and EMI scanner solutions that can evaluate the EMI performance of 
products after semiconductor packaging.

1. EMI Scanner(Scanphone)

 Scanphone from Luxondes is a device that connects sensors and antennas to a mobile phone and uses its own application to observe 
EMI performance of electronic components in real time and display it in augmented reality. With its handheld configuration, it can be 
scanned at any desired location without product size restrictions and can be observed in real time, making EMI inspection more intuitive 
and easy to measure.

2. Dielectric measurement system(DAK-TL2)

SPEAG's DAK-TL2 can easily measure the electrical properties of materials, such as permittivity and loss tangent, in a wide frequency 
band from 4MHz to 67GHz. It measures the permittivity and loss tangent of a material while also measuring the thickness of the 
material, and returns the results as real-time measurements. It also includes a force system that applies a constant pressure to the 
measurement probe to ensure stable measurements, allowing you to easily evaluate the properties of a material.
