1. PXI/PXIe 40/42-590 Series / LXI 65-290 Series(PXI/PXIe Semiconductor Package Test Switching Solution)

Very low leakage current switching solution used in automated test systems such as semiconductor test. Used for wafer acceptance test 
(WAT), package DC test, and package open/short test.

2. PXI/PXIe 40/42-78x Series / LXI 60-89x Series(RF & Microwave PXI Switch Module)

More than 400 RF/microwave switching solutions, including SPDT, Transfer, MUX, Matrix with bandwidth from 100 MHz to 110 GHz in the 
form of PXI/PXIe and LXI platforms. Solutions can be designed by free online microwave switching design tool or supplied as custom 
designed turnkey system.
