1. AES-8035(Thermal Stream System)

This equipment is a precision environmental control solution capable of implementing precise and rapid ambient temperature changes 
for chips, modules, integrated circuit boards, and various electronic components. It is an essential tool for processes such as electrical 
characteristic testing, failure analysis, and reliability evaluation. By assessing performance changes and durability under thermal shock 
conditions, this system ensures the quality of high-reliability electronic components and enables rapid verification during the 
development phase.

2. AET-7025C(Multi-Channels Chiller)

Temperature Range: -45℃ to 90℃
This high-precision temperature control system supports various test targets such as chucks, chambers, heat plates, shuttles, and 
electronic components. With ±0.1℃ accuracy and remote sensor feedback, it automatically adjusts output gas temperature in real 
time. 
The unit enables rapid heating and cooling over 30℃/min and supports gradient temperature control for precise process simulations.
