Company Introduction

Chemtronics operates through four main divisions based on product characteristics: the Semiconductor, Electronics, Automotive 
Electronics, and Distribution/Other Businesses. Among these, the Semiconductor Division primarily focuses on the production of 
materials for semiconductor photoresist and cleaning processes, glass substrate processing, and semiconductor wafer processing.

1. Glass Core Substrate

Glass substrates are an advanced material that can replace conventional plastic or ceramic substrates. Manufactured using Through-
Glass Via (TGV) technology, they are used in semiconductors, displays, and optical components. With excellent heat resistance and a 
smooth surface, glass substrates are well-suited for implementing ultra-fine circuits and offer higher performance and efficiency 
compared to traditional substrates.

2. Wafer Reclaim

We provide wafer polishing and processing services for 150mm to 300mm wafers, tailored to customer requirements for thickness and 
flatness. In addition, we possess technology to remove various thin films from the wafer surface, and offer post-cleaning services to 
eliminate and measure particles and metal contaminants on the wafer.

3. Glass Core Substrate
