ViewOn is a company specializing in non-destructive testing (NDT) equipment, driving quality innovation in semiconductor and 
advanced manufacturing processes. 
Leveraging ultrasonic microscopy (SAM), industrial OCT, and machine-vision inspection technologies, we develop solutions that quickly 
and precisely detect microscopic defects—such as delamination, voids, and cracks—inside semiconductor packages and advanced 
components, as well as surface defects on high-gloss and diffusely reflective materials.

Introduction of Products

1. Sono-100 (Sono-100)

A raster-scan SAM platform combining 2,000 mm/s fast-axis speed, 1 µm positioning resolution on X/Y/Z, and a 350 × 501 mm scan area
—engineered for high-throughput, recipe-driven C-scan inspection of advanced packaging and large-area components.

2. Sono-200 (Sono-200)

A high-speed SAM platform for advanced packaging that increases inspection throughput through spiral (spindle) scanning at up to 
2,500 rpm and a dual-transducer (2-channel) configuration, while enabling precise separation and detection of interfacial defects at 
different depth levels.
