1. Ultra-High Resolution Schottky Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM5000Pro)

The FE-SEM (Field Emission Scanning Electron Microscope) delivers high-resolution imaging and analytical performance. Equipped with 
an advanced electron optical column and Super Tunnel technology, it minimizes beam damage and enables high-quality analysis even 
at low accelerating voltages without the need for conductive coating on specimens.

The system features a crossover-free beam path, designed to prevent electron beam crossover within the column, thereby physically 
minimizing the spatial charging effect. Its eucentric stage enhances positioning accuracy and stability, while the Airlock module helps 
prevent sample contamination and significantly reduces specimen exchange time.
