Introduction of Products

1. Air Leak Tester (Zaxis Z5 Leak Tester)

A pressure regulator capable of performing leak tests by applying pressure in a sealed state, enabling inspection of product condition 
such as pass/fail for waterproof and dustproof performance.
Optional modes available including Pressure Decay (PD), Vacuum Decay (VD), Occlusion (Occ), and Burst Pressure (B).
Supports up to 4 channels for fast testing and features software integration for data storage.
Applicable to leak testing of various semiconductor PCBs and components, as well as testing in semiconductor production lines.

2. Data Acquisition System (DAQ-9600)

1. The DAQ-9600 data acquisition system offers high performance and flexibility through its modular architecture. The mainframe is 
equipped with 3 module slots.
2. It features a built-in, high-precision 6½-digit digital multimeter (DMM).
3. Five expansion modules are available to meet various measurement requirements.
4. The 4.3-inch graphic color display and functional key design allow for easy configuration of module channels. Measurement data is 
provided in multiple formats for quick result verification.
5. The DAQ-9600 can convert up to 14 different types of input signals and provides data storage capabilities.
6. Within a 1-year calibration cycle, the built-in 6½-digit DMM delivers basic accuracies of 0.0035% for DC voltage, 0.05% for AC 
voltage, and 0.01% for resistance.
7. It supports LAN, RS232C, USB, and optional GPIB for remote configuration and control, and comes with dedicated software for data 
acquisition and analysis.
