Introduction of Products

1. Wafer surface inspection and FM cleaner (WIZ C600)

Cowin DST’s proprietary tool performs wafer surface inspection and FM cleaning, with 2D/3D bump inspection and hybrid air/laser 
cleaning. Dual stages improve WPH/yield; each system is able to run standalone.

2. Wafer surface FM cleaner (WIZ Cleaner)

A wafer surface FM cleaner developed with Cowin DST’s proprietary technology.
Equipped with a cleaning function that removes particles and contaminants from the wafer surface using air cleaning, laser cleaning, or 
a combined recipe.
