API’s atmospheric-pressure plasma surface treatment equipment “i” Series is a representative equipment of 3-Dimensional 
air pressure plasma equipment used in a variety of industries, both domestic and overseas. Various equipment in API is ready

1. Atmospheric plasma

iZET

“i” Series’s iZET models are ultra-high-speed atmospheric-pressure treatment equipment that improves product 
completeness for a wide range of applications across the industry, providing the most effective value added to customer 
products.
The ultra-high-density ion plasma, emitted from the iZET nozzle which is ideally designed and constructed, breaks down 
various organisms, discharges and removes micro-particles, etches nano scale surface and forms highly reactive radical 
groups. From these effects, it is easy to create ultra-clean or functional surfaces.

iZET is superbly effective and efficient surface treatment equipment to all kinds of shapes and materials. iZET causes 
concentrated blown-ion discharge and it bombards surface of material by high-speed discharge of ion. With such 
reaction 
of ion, it is possible to get cleaning, micro etching and this effect remove organism and inorganic matter contaminant from 
surface of product.

2. Atmospheric plasma

iREV

“i” Series is iREV models are an ultra-high-range, low-temperature, atmospheric-pressure plasma surface treatment that 
improves product completeness for a wide range of applications across the industry providing the most effective value 
added to customer products.
Ideally designed for optimal effectiveness, the iREV head assembly has a very low vibration even during high speed 
revolutions so that it ensures a long life. The ultra-dense, low-temperature ion plasma injected from the iREV nozzles 
beaks down various organisms, discharges and removes micro-particle, etches nano scale surface and forms highly 
reactive radical groups. From these effects, it is easy to create ultra-clan or functional surfaces.

iREV is suitable for large-area 3D products and superbly effective and efficient surface treatment equipment to all kinds of 
shapes and materials. By repeated application for high-speed rotation of the surface, the effect of treatment is very high.
