IMPEC Enterprises Co., Ltd. was founded in 1996 and a manufacturer specializing in PCB Router and PCB Coating equipment. 
PCB Router was localized for the first time in Korea in 1996 and PCB coating equipment technology was developed. More 
than 3,000 machnies are being applied to the automobile, mobile phone, and semiconductor industries. IMPEC provides 
conformal coating machine, curing oven mahcine, coating inspection machine and routing machine with high convenience 
and productivitiy to customers by one brand.

1. PCB Routing System

PRS Series

IMPEC Provides the highest repeatability (±0.01mm) for depaneling. For the reason, we have a high market share in the 
automotive industry. By performing high-speed, precise cutting, customers achieve high productivity and quality. IMPEC's 
patented dust collection technology soloves dust issue while depaneling. Cutting position auto correction, cutting edge 
inspection, and human error auto proofing function are also included in our routing system.

2. Confomal Coating Soution

ACS-700, COS-220, CIS-700

IMPEC's conformal coating solution provides one stop coating process, from PCB coating to coating inspection. By 
developing our own coating machine valves and S/W to coating work, we can achieve fast-and-precise coating for high 
quality and efficiency to customers. In particular, bubble and viscosity change problems are solved by our patented 
technology. The coating inspection algorithm is based on know-how and technologies as a coating machine manufacturer. 
Curing system also provides ±5°C temperature control in order to coating quality.
