REX-1

REX-1 is a Vision AI-based inspection system that enables zero-teaching, instant inspection without rule-based setup.

Powered by GPU parallel processing, the system performs high-speed inspection within approximately 20 seconds per board, 
reducing inspection time by up to 80%. It automatically detects defects such as missing components, misalignment, polarity errors, 
and soldering defects.

Unlike conventional AOI systems, REX-1 does not require model-specific teaching or skilled operators, making it highly suitable for 
high-mix, low-volume production environments.

In addition, all inspection images and results are automatically stored, allowing full traceability of when, where, and how each PCB 
was inspected. This enables efficient quality control, defect tracking, and rapid response to issues.
