Company Introduction

Founded in 2018, Humelo Inc. is a voice AI company driven by the vision, “From Voices That Speak to Voices That Converse.” Since
its establishment, Humelo has independently developed proprietary voice technologies optimized for the Korean language.

The company’s three core technologies include DIVE, a context-aware conversational voice engine; Voice Design, which creates
distinctive brand-persona voices with clearly governed ownership and usage rights; and BASSR, a speech super-resolution
technology that restores 8 kHz telephony audio to 48 kHz in real time.

In 2021, Humelo jointly launched KT AI Voice Studio and received the KT Partner Award in 2022. The company has collaborated
with more than 24 organizations, including KT, LG Electronics, Samsung SDS, BRIDGETEC, Kakao Pay, and SM Entertainment.

In 2026, Humelo ranked No. 1 in the Korean TTS Arena public evaluation.

Introduction of item

1. STREAMING CONVERSATIONAL VOICE ENGINE((API & ON-PREMISE)

DIVE

DIVE (Deep-context Interactive Voice Engine) is a context-aware conversational speech engine purpose-built for dialogue. It is a
premium TTS engine and the first to support streaming in a CPU-based on-premises deployment environment.

DIVE delivers the same sentence differently depending on the conversational context—including intent, emotion, and turn position
—and directs emotion and emphasis while consistently maintaining the persona’s voice across multi-turn conversations.

Drawing on eight years of GPU serving optimization, DIVE maintains low latency even during large-scale concurrent calls. Humelo
has also launched a CPU-based on-premises version to accelerate its expansion into the B2B TTS market.

With Voice Design, companies can create a dedicated brand voice with controllable ownership and usage rights in just a few
minutes, using either a voice sample of less than 10 seconds or a simple text prompt.

In May 2026, DIVE ranked No. 1 by Elo rating in the Korean.

2. AI REALTIME VOICE/CHAT CONTACT CENTER AGENT

PROSODY AI AGENT STUDIO

Prosody AI Agent Studio is a document-grounded platform for real-time voice and chat AI customer service agents. It automatically
transforms enterprise documents into governable conversational AI agents.

By simply uploading corporate materials such as FAQs, terms and conditions, and manuals, the Agent Builder automatically
extracts the permitted response scope, operating policies, prohibited terms, and escalation criteria, then structures them into a
Skillbook. The entire process—from document upload to configuring a customer service agent capable of handling calls through a
Korean 070 VoIP number—can be completed in just 10 minutes.

Document version locking, review workflows, and instant rollback capabilities provide structural control over responses that fall
outside the approved source material. A unified runtime applies the same policies across both text and voice interactions and
enables deployment through web widgets, telephone channels, and APIs.
