Introduction of item

1. AI Voice Bot

AI Voice Bot

sooni Voice Bot is an AI-powered voice consultation solution that recognizes and understands a caller's speech in real time and
responds naturally over the phone. Built on Quantum AI's proprietary STT, TTS, LLM, and RAG engines, it automatically routes each
conversation between scenario-based and RAG-based consultation flows depending on the customer's intent. Even if a caller shifts to
an unrelated topic in the middle of a scripted scenario, the bot responds appropriately and then returns to complete the original
scenario through its final step. After each call, it automatically generates customer- and agent-specific summaries along with
extracted keywords, supporting quality management and downstream tasks.

2. AI Agent Assist

AI Agent Assist

sooni Agent Assist is an AI solution that supports human agents in real time during customer consultations. Using its RAG engine, it
provides accurate, evidence-based response recommendations that minimize hallucination, while also offering real-time coaching
and complaint-risk detection during the call. When a voice bot conversation is transferred to a human agent, the bot's prior dialogue
is automatically summarized and handed off, allowing the agent to continue the conversation without losing context. After the call
ends, it automatically generates a conversation summary and extracted keywords, reducing the time agents spend on post-call tasks.
