Company Introduction

Lasker Inc. builds AI that watches and understands video. Our engine breaks long footage into scenes and reads them the way a
person would. It powers Prepix, our video editing agent, now used by customers in Korea and abroad.

Prepix is a video editing tool made for people who aren't editors. Most automation tools only read subtitles and audio. Prepix looks at
what's on screen, including who's in the frame, what's happening around them, and whether the shot is usable. That lets it pull the
good moments out of hours of event, training, or interview footage and hand back a first draft. If you need a specific scene, describe
it and Prepix finds it. Everything opens in the editing software your team already uses.

Lasker holds patents in Korea and abroad in video analysis and editing automation, developed alongside corporate marketing teams,
production studios, and independent creators. We're working to take the manual labor out of making video.

1. PREPIX

PREPIX

Prepix Desktop turns raw footage into a first draft. It splits the video into scenes and works out what each one contains, then cuts
the silences and filler words and sets aside shots that are out of focus or too shaky to use. Subtitles are generated from the audio
and placed on the timeline automatically. When you need a particular moment, describe it and Prepix finds it, so nobody has to sit
through hours of footage to locate one clip.

Prepix also pulls short vertical clips straight from the original file. It picks the moments most likely to hold attention and reframes
them for vertical platforms, which means one recording can feed a whole run of social posts without a separate edit.

Finished work exports as a video file, or as an editing timeline that opens in Adobe Premiere Pro with every cut and caption intact,
so your editor can pick up where Prepix left off and adjust anything by hand.
