Company Introduction

Founded in 2005, CallGate Co., Ltd. is Korea's leading provider of Visible IVR (aka Visual ARS) - a technology that merges voice and
screen at the customer's point of contact. The moment a customer calls a contact center, CallGate automatically displays an
interactive screen on the caller's smartphone, so that menus, guidance, identity verification and payment can be seen and touched
instead of being listened to and memorized. Backed by 18 patents in Korea and abroad (Japan, the U.S. and Canada), CallGate serves
over 400 enterprise clients across finance, telecommunications, retail and the public sector, handling 120 million inbound calls per
month. Its SDK is embedded in 147 partner apps covering 55 million users, and the company holds a 95% share of Korea's voice-and-
screen convergence market. As AI agents take over more of the conversation, CallGate provides the Visual Layer that turns what AI
says into something customers can see, tap and complete.

Introduction of item

1. VISIBLE IVR (Visual ARS)

WAVE

WAVE (Workflow-based Adaptive Visible ARS for Enterprise) turns a voice-only IVR into an interactive smartphone screen. When a
customer dials the corporate number, a guidance screen pops up automatically - no separate app installation required - so the caller
can navigate menus, verify identity, book a callback and complete payment by touch while still on the call. WAVE reaches 55 million
users (25 million via automatic pop-up, 30 million via manual pop-up) and supports both Android and iOS. Enterprises can combine
modules selectively: Lettering (call-purpose notification), Web Voice, DARS (Digital ARS) and Caption (real-time subtitles). By resolving
simple inquiries on screen, WAVE cuts inbound agent calls and handling time. WAVE also integrates with AICC platforms, voicebots
and chatbots, serving as the visual layer for AI-driven customer service.

2. REAL-TIME CAPTION ARS

WAVE Caption

WAVE Caption converts IVR prompts, agent speech, and AI Callbot into real-time subtitles displayed on the caller's smartphone during
the call. Customers can read while they listen, with no app installation or extra steps. It helps hearing-impaired and elderly callers,
and anyone in a noisy environment or dealing with information that is hard to catch by ear - account numbers, product names, terms
and conditions. Subtitles are synchronised with the voice stream and rendered directly over the call screen, so the conversation is
never interrupted. WAVE Caption addresses digital accessibility and financial-consumer-protection requirements while reducing
repeat calls caused by misheard guidance. After Hanwha General Insurance adopted the service, monthly usage rose 47%, from
23,162 to 34,071 cases.
