• Exhibitors may use visitors’ personal information for marketing purposes upon barcode scanning at exhibitor booth.

• Name, company name, telephone, e-mail address, survey results

▶ Handling of Personal Information

• In order to ensure full protection of customers’ privacy and security, SPOEX manages all personal data through SEOJIN INFOTEC, a certified exhibition registration system operator.
• SPOEX abides by all Korean privacy protection laws and manages SEOJIN INFOTEC to take security measures, hold personal data confidential from third parties, and discard all information after contracted period.

▶ Retention Period

• All personal data is retained for so long as it is necessary to fulfill the purpose stated above.

▶ Consent & Rights of the Visitor

• In accordance with personal information protection laws, visitors maintain the right to refuse to share their personal information. In the case a visitor chooses not to share this data, entrance to exhibition halls may be limited.

▶ Notice of Photography and Video Recording

• Please be advised that photography and video recording will take place inside and outside the exhibition venue during the event. By completing your pre-registration, you are deemed to have consented to the capture of your likeness and the use of such media. These materials may be edited and utilized for SPOEX’s official promotional purposes, including but not limited to press releases, social media content, and other marketing materials.

Personal Safety Guidelines

Due to the nature of exhibitions, many demonstrations and experience events are held in the exhibition hall.

To ensure the safety and effectiveness of all visitors to the exhibition, please carefully review the following information and be aware of any potential safety accidents that may occur.

• It is difficult to easily identify the direction inside the exhibition hall. In the event of a fire, accident, etc., please evacuate after checking the emergency exit on the pillars and exit side of the exhibition hall.
• Please be careful when moving and be aware of the various contacts that may occur (exhibition items, demonstrators, etc.)
• The exhibition hall generally restricts the entry of intoxicated persons. Any accidents that occur while participating in demonstrations and experience activities after drinking alcohol will be the sole responsibility of the person.
• Pregnant women, the elderly, and young children should always visit with a guardian to prepare for safety accidents in advance.
• Please refrain from participating in experience events if you have any health problems such as heart disease, epilepsy, or other degenerative joint diseases. If you feel any abnormalities in your body during various experience events, please stop the experience immediately.
• Each event held in the exhibition hall, such as experience halls, events, and test-drive events, is an event prepared for various experiences of visitors. Visitors participating in each experience event are participating in the experience at their own discretion, and please be especially careful of various safety accidents that may occur during the experience.
• When participating in a experience event, please follow the instructions of the security and safety staff and the experience event staff, and wear protective gear if necessary.
• All experience events will be conducted with safety as the top priority. Any accidents caused by excessive experience or negligence of the participant will be the sole responsibility of the participant.
• Experience and demonstration products are valuable assets of participating companies at the exhibition. Please handle all products that are experienced and demonstrated with care, and the participant is responsible for the damage to the product.
• When participating in all demonstration/test drive/event/experience events held at SPOEX, please prioritize safety.
• We will faithfully comply with the relevant rules and instructions to prevent safety accidents for all visitors who visit the exhibition hall.

If you violate this and an unfortunate accident occurs, the responsibility for the accident lies with the experiencer.
