※ 개인정보 취급방침 및 활용동의(Agreement on Handling Personal Information)

1. 개인정보 수집 · 이용 목적 / Personal Information Collection / Purpose of the usage.
1) 본 전시회의 주관사에서 수집한 개인정보는 당사 전시회 안내와 관련 정보 전달을 위한 용도로 사용되며, 한국전시산업진흥회(AKEI)를 통한 전시회 검증 외 다른 목적으로 절대 사용되지 않음을 알려드립니다.

Organizer of BeFe BABYFAIR uses the visitor’s personal information only for the BeFe BABYFAIR related information provision and the classification of exhibition by AKEI(Association of Korea Exhibition Industry).

2. 수집하는 개인정보 항목 / Personal Information Collecting Items
* 필수항목 : 성명, 연락처(휴대폰번호), 성별, 생년월일, 이메일
Required Information: Name, Mobile, Gender, Birth Date, E-mail

3. 개인정보 취급 업무의 위탁 / Treatment on Personal Information / Business Comitment
1) 주최사는 보다 나은 서비스 제공, 고객편의 제공 등 원활한 업무 수행을 위해 전시회 등록시스템 운영사인 (주)서진인포텍에 개인정보 취급 업무를 위탁하여 운영하고 있습니다.
To provide a better service for the customers, Seojin Infotech, the operator of exhibition registration system,take charge of managing the personal information
2) 주최사는 등록시스템 운영계약서 등을 통하여 개인정보보호 관련 법규의 준수, 개인정보에 관한 비밀유지, 사고시의 책임부담, 제3자 제공에 대한 금지, 위탁기간, 처리 종료 후의 개인정보의 반환 또는 파기 의무 등을 규정하고, 이를 준수하도록 관리하고 있습니다.
All visitor information is managed according to Korea's personal information protection laws, prohibiting the sharing of any information with third parties and assigning liability in the case of any accidental disclosure to the operator.

4. 개인정보의 보유 및 이용기간 / Possession and usage period of the personal information
개인정보 수집 및 이용목적이 달성된 후에는 해당정보를 지체없이 파기합니다.
The personal information only be used and saved 1 year, and will be terminated right after achieving its purpose.

5. 권리 / Rights
원칙적으로 개인정보 보호법에 의해 개인정보 수집 동의를 거부할 권리가 있으며, 수집 동의 거부 시 입장은 가능하나 부스이벤트 참여는 제한될 수 있습니다.

Although the declination of the agreement will allow you to enter, you will be limited to participate in a part of booth events.
